Yesterday, we organize a public meeting attended by more than 1000 peoples to present our 12 proposals for the next presidential elections (see the proposals in French here). The two main leaders of the movement against CPE were there: Karl Stoeckel (see my post on him here), president of UNL and Bruno Julliard, president of UNEF. François Hollande, the leader of the Socialist Party and Henri Emmanuelli, in charge of the socialist project, spoke on behalf of the party. Benoit Hamon, David Assouline and Jack Lang were also there. 365 days before the first round of the presidential elections, "the meeting of the alternative" as we called it was for us the official launching of the campaign. "Our only candidate that we will suport is the PROJECT" stated Razzye Hammadi, President of MJS. That's why we push the party to integrate our proposals in the program. It will be taff. François Hollande said it will be very difficult to implemant the autonomy allowance, our first and main proposal. The 12 proposals
1. Social Security for young peoples : an Autonomy allowance for young peoples
2. To guarantee a real numeric citizenship : Write in the constitutions the numeric liberties
3. A European Social Treaty for an upward harmonization of social rights in Europe
4. In the frame of a plan for universal housing: a control of the rent by the law
5. A VIth Republic and a parlementary regime, the unique mandate
6. Like the mecanisms of the miminum wage, a growth rate of wages in order to guarantee an increase of power purchase for all workers
7. Equality of rights hetero/LGBT: same sex marriage and legalization of homoparentality
8. a 'pedagogic revolution' to democratize schools : new measures to a personalized follow up of pupils
9. Fight against precarious jobs : different rate of fiscal contributions of firms according to their social responsability. This contribution should finance a fund to help workers to buy their production units when the firm decides to close it
10. In order to really respect equality of rights : a police against discrimination
11. A european public pole of environment and energy : for a european environmental policy
12. to assume the duty of memory : change the relations between France and Africa (against Francafrica).
Camarades, aidez-moi à améliorer la traduction de ces propositions. C'est pas évident.. ;-)

Il va falloir à nouveau y remettre un statut d'officialité pour les langues de ... France ! Car c'est bien dans les 101 propositions celle qui demeurent très vague chez les socialistes, je parle de certains élus qui votèrent l'article 2 de la Constitution en 1992.... Une réparation histoire que sera à faire, sinon les 2 à 3 % de votants qui sont occitanistes dans 32 départements français risquent de fuir ! Et ces votant se feront entendre, par une manifestation déjà programmée en 2007, à "Besièrs" ! Que les socialistes du nord s'en rendent compte !!!! Et que regretam lo temps Joan Jaurès parlava l'occitan per fargar los devís d'Occitània.
