Ayer y hoy, el nuevo presidente de Bolivia esta en Francia. He visto a su discurso dado ayer en la "Casa de América Latina" de Paris. Un frase que Morales repite por todas partes : "Nacionalizar no es expropiar". Las riquezas naturales para los Bolivianos pero una cooperación con las empresas que respetan a ese derecho. Una buena noticia : el apoyo del gobierno de Jose-Luis Rodriguez Zapatero y esperemos de toda Europea para esa nueva política de transformación social.
