Jospin will not be candidate..

For the ones that follow the pre-campaign in France (next presidential elections will be in May), Lionel Jospin just announced he will not run for the internal elections of the Socialist Party. The candidates have until october, 3rd to announce the candidature and the vote will be on november, 16th (first round) and 23rd (second round). Jospin also announced he will not support and vote for Segolene Royal. Not very surprising, as he made so much critics against her vision of the party. Segolene Royal, Dominique Strauss-Khan and Laurent Fabius will be candidate for sure. Lets see for Jack Lang. François Hollande, the chair of the party can also be even if the probability is low. The newspapers commented in the last days the split between Lionel Jospin and François Hollande, the first one critics against the other to not have call him to be candidate, and François critics against Lionel for more or less the same reason. A clear misunderstood between the two figures. Without the support of François Hollande, it would have been very difficult for Lionel Jospin to be candidate.
