The United Nations launched negotiations concerning the final statute of Kosovo. Independence, Autonomy? The President of Serbia called for the status-quo and refuse the independence. The leaders of Kosovo called for a real independence. For me, only one principle, the right of self-determination of the peoples. Considering the positions of the Kosovar but also the ones of the Serbian Minority. The situation has to be solved in order to put definitively an end to the conflicts in the former republic of Yugoslavia.
