Today, difficult elections for the Left in Poland. The conservatives and the liberals are favorite. It will be very difficult for the social-democrats. We will see.. All our support to our sister organization in Poland, FMS.

Your question isn't very clear but if it's related to the photo, I'd say that the general secretary of ECOSY is in Poland, and probably in Warsaw.
